Getting started with and managing AutoShip is simple!
Enroll in AutoShip
- Select the PureWick™ External Catheters that are right for you or your loved one. From the PureWick™ Flex Female External Catheter page or the PureWick™ Male External Catheter page, you can select the AutoShip option.
- Select the quantity of boxes you’d like to receive with each shipment.
- Choose how often you want your order delivered: Every 30, 60, or 90 days.
- You can also add the PureWick™ Urine Collection System Accessory Kit to your AutoShip. (Note: the discount does not apply to the Accessory Kit, it is not discounted).
- Add your selection to your cart and checkout. You'll be prompted to register or log in to your PureWick™ account to complete your order.

What is AutoShip?
AutoShip is a recurring shipment program that helps you save on your PureWick™ External Catheters (wicks) while helping make sure you never run out. Shipments are sent to your home automatically in 30, 60, or 90-day intervals. By enrolling in AutoShip, you can save up to 10% on each shipment, depending on the option you select.
What are the benefits of enrolling in AutoShip?
AutoShip is a convenient option that helps you save money while automatically sending you your PureWick™ External Catheters. You don’t have to worry about running out of wicks or remembering to place your order—you’ll get them delivered right to your door when you need them. AutoShip is also a great way to save money; you can save up to 10% on each shipment. It’s also flexible—you can change or cancel at any time with no fee.
What are my AutoShip options?
When you enroll in AutoWhen you enroll in AutoShip, you can choose the number of boxes you need each month and how often you want to receive them (every 30, 60, or 90 days)—the more you buy, the more you save!

How many PureWick™ Flex Female External Catheters will I need each month?
PureWick™ Flex Female External Catheters are single use only and should be replaced every 12 hours or sooner if soiled with feces or blood. The amount you need to order will depend on individual usage. For example, if you plan to use the PureWick™ System only at night while sleeping, you will likely use one PureWick™ Flex Female External Catheter per day.
How many PureWick™ Male External Catheters will I need each month?
PureWick™ Male External Catheters are single use only and should be replaced every 24 hours or sooner if soiled with semen, feces or blood. The amount you need to order will depend on individual usage.
How much can I save with AutoShip?
You’ll save 5% on 1 box of wicks, 7% on 2 boxes of wicks, or 10% on 3 boxes of wicks.
I use more than 30 PureWick™ External Catheters each month. Can I add more boxes to my shipments?
Yes. You can adjust the number of boxes you receive with each shipment. For example, if you typically use 2 boxes of wicks each month and want to sign up for the monthly AutoShip option, you’ll receive a shipment of 2 boxes every month at the discounted 7% price.
When will my payment method be charged for my AutoShip order?
Your payment method will be charged approximately 1 business day before your scheduled shipment. We will notify you before it is charged in case you have to make any changes and again when your order ships.
Can I change my AutoShip payment method?
Yes. Please call our Customer Service team at 1-888-812-9787 from 9 AM to 8 PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9 AM to 3 PM ET on Saturday to change or update your payment method.
Can I change my AutoShip selection?
You can easily change or cancel your AutoShip by visiting purewickathome.com and signing into your account. You can also contact our Customer Service team for assistance at 1-888-812-9787 9AM to 8PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 3PM ET on Saturday.
How will I know when my AutoShip order is on its way?
You will receive a notification prior to the order being shipped and an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
What is the return policy for AutoShip?
Any unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If you need to return PureWick™ System supplies, contact customer service at 877-322-1488 9AM to 8PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 3PM ET on Saturday. Please have available item(s) ordered as well as shipping and billing information. The return value will be equal to the original price minus the prorated discount.
Can I add the Accessory Kit to my AutoShip?
We have two Accessory Kit options available to choose from to add to your AutoShip order.
The PureWick™ System Accessory Kit with Handle (PWKIT03H) includes the canister with handle and tubing that should be replaced every 90 days, or sooner if you see signs of degradation. The PureWick™ System Accessory Kit without Handle (PWKIT03) includes the canister and tubing that should be replaced every 60 days, or sooner if you see signs of degradation.
You have the option of adding an Accessory Kit to your AutoShip order. Monthly AutoShip orders will receive an Accessory Kit every 60 days or 90 days depending on which kit you select. If you receive an AutoShip order every 2 or 3 months, you will receive an Accessory Kit with every shipment. Although the Accessory Kit itself is not discounted, shipping is free when delivered with your AutoShip wicks. (If purchased alone, the shipping for the Accessory Kit is $9.95.)

We currently ship within the United States. We also ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping is $9.95 per order for orders less than $100, net of tax and discounts. Free shipping applies to orders over $100, net of tax and discounts. - Cancellations:
Your AutoShip will remain in effect from the date the first order was processed until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time. To cancel your AutoShip order, log into your Account. From the account dashboard menu, click on ‘My AutoShip’. Here you will see a list of your AutoShip orders. Click ‘Cancel AutoShip’ next to the item you’d like to cancel. Confirm you’d like to cancel the product by clicking ‘Cancel AutoShip’ in the next window. - Payment:
The credit card or debit card used to set up the initial AutoShip order will be charged for subsequent orders or as otherwise directed by you. Subsequent orders will be charged up to 24 hours before shipping. By placing an AutoShip order, you authorize us to charge your credit card or debit card for subsequent AutoShip orders from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel your AutoShip order prior to the next shipment date. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to the cancellation request. - Your AutoShip will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your PureWickathome.com account or by calling 888-812-9787. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to new AutoShip orders item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. The AutoShip discount may change or be discontinued. If the AutoShip discount percentage for the AutoShip item changes after cancelling, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item.
- Program Changes:
Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges). We reserve the right to change these AutoShip Terms at any time and to discontinue the AutoShip program at any time for any reason. These AutoShip Terms may be revised at any time and from time to time by updating this document. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to these AutoShip Terms. Your purchase of any product under the AutoShip program after we change these AutoShip terms constitutes your acceptance of all changes made to these AutoShip terms prior to that purchase. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your AutoShip subscriptions.
