Can I make changes or cancel my order once it’s confirmed?
One of our Customer Care Specialists can look into making changes to an order. Call 1-800-816-6920 from 9 AM to 8 PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9 AM to 3 PM ET on Saturday. Please have available the item(s) you ordered as well as shipping and billing information.
How will the charges appear on my credit card?
A charge from C. R. Bard, Inc. will appear on your credit card statement after purchase.
What method of delivery should I expect?
Your order will be shipped via FedEx unless shipping to a PO Box, which will be delivered through USPS (United States Postal Service).
What if my PureWick™ System is damaged when it’s delivered?
If your PureWick™ System arrives damaged, please call our Customer Care Specialists at 1-800-816-6920 from 9 AM to 8 PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9 AM to 3 PM ET on Saturday to detail the damages and find out how to get a replacement. Please have available item(s) ordered as well as shipping and billing information.
What if my order never gets delivered?
One of our Customer Care Specialists will review the details of your order and help to track it. Have your order details on hand when you call 1-800-816-6920.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Any unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If you need to return PureWick™ System supplies, contact customer service at 1-800-816-6920 from 9 AM to 8 PM ET Monday through Friday and from 9 AM to 3 PM ET on Saturday. Please have available item(s) ordered as well as shipping and billing information.
How soon will I get my refund?
If you’re receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take up to 60 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.
Is shipping free?
Orders of more than $100 ship free of charge.

What is the warranty on the PureWick™ System?
C.R. Bard, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of the PureWick™ Urine Collection System, that the product (but not its battery if one is included) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. For all warranty issues, please call 1-888-994-0737.
How can I get replacement canister and tubing?
Replacing the canister and tubing every 60 days is recommended for optimal performance. You can order replacement canister and tubing from the Reorders and Accessories page.
